How are you? How’s your kitchen? I’m in mine, already gearing up for the holidays. Can you believe it’ll be November next week? I’m having a hard time with how quickly time has been flying lately. So when I’m not furiously prepping for next week’s festivities, I’m planning to slow down a bit and cook through some of the flavor-forward recipes on this week’s menu.
