The Fresh Letter Menu for July 8, 2022
Summer, but make it comfy cozy.
How’s it going over there in your kitchen? It’s been incredibly busy in mine. I’m writing this to you from Maine, so I had an extra short three day week, but I still managed to sneak in some recipe testing for July’s Meal Prep Class and a Micro Dinner Party with my little sister.
I’ll be focusing on lobster rolls for the rest of the weekend, but upon my return I plan to cook through some of this menu that is somehow both extremely summer-y and really bringing it on the comfort foods front. Let’s get into it:
Pork Cabbage Rolls with Peaches and Herbs (GF) This week’s kitchen tip was all about savory summer fruit and I’m keeping the ball rolling with this main dish featuring peaches. I can’t wait to give it a try.
