I know many of you are likely focused on your holiday prep and will be for the next few days, so today’s menu will serve as a stop gap to get you fed in between and and in the days following the big feasts to come. Leftover Ham Sandwiches If you haven’t experienced the revelation that is a ham sandwich on a Hawaiian roll, I’m begging you to rectify that situation for yourself immediately. This year, my mom is serving lobster rolls at Christmas dinner (fun!), but in the past, we’ve often had a spiraled honeyed ham at our holiday meal. The evening meal is always special, but the leftover sandwiches we make in the days following that meal are absolutely sublime.
