An important correction...

Hello, hello,

We’ve all experienced the panic induced by hastily hitting send on an email, only to realize there is a glaring typo seconds later, right? Not that I’d ever wish this fate upon anyone, but hopefully you relate because I need to issue a correction to today’s email in which I stated:

• “If you want to go deep on salt, I cannot recommend Samin Nosrat’s Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat (both the book, and her Netflix series by the same name).”

And of course I meant:

• If you want to go deep on salt, I cannot recommend Samin Nosrat’s Salt, Fat, Acid, Heat (both the book, and her Netflix series by the same name) highly enough.

I’ve gifted Samin’s genius book more times than I can count and consider her Netflix series comfort TV, so you can imagine my complete and utter mortification about this typo. Please, please, if you haven’t already, add this book to your arsenal! You won’t be sorry.
