A quick correction

The Fresh Letter Menu for February 12th, 2021 originally stated that whole fish eaten around the Lunar New Year signifies prosperity. It’s been corrected to read that whole fish eaten around the Lunar New Year signifies surplus. Apologies for this oversight on my end, and here’s to a year full of surplus for everyone!
